Having recently updated their Rancher style house, this couple wanted to expand on their outdoor living space to match the modern contemporary home decor. Built around entertaining guests, we came up with this tiered deck and patio, pool and fountain design. Add in an outdoor kitchen and grill and you have a spacious highly functional outdoor paradise. Finished concrete, porcelain tile, composite decking and low maintenance hardy plants will help this build last for decades to come.
